How to create a MyXLSTAT account?

This guide explains how to create a MyXLSTAT account in order to request a trial key or activate your XLSTAT with an annual license.

Open MyXLSTAT

From the website

Go to our website and click on the MyXLSTAT button located at the top right of the home page.

You can also use the direct link to MyXLSTAT.

From the XLSTAT application

You can also create your MyXLSTAT account from directly in the XLSTAT software.

Once you open XLSTAT, click on the Sign in button.

It is also possible that the Welcome window (see below) appears automatically if you launch XLSTAT for the first time.

Click on the Sign in or create an account button.

Create your account

Whether you create an account from the website or the application (see the previous section), you will be redirected to the MyXLSTAT login window. Click on Register new account.

Fill in your email address and click on Register.

Validate your account

You will receive a verification code in your mailbox.

Go back to the MyXLSTAT window and enter the 6-digit code.
In case you do not receive any code:

• Verify that you did not misspell your email address.

• Check your junk mail.

If for some reason you need a new verification code, click on I can't find my code at the bottom of the window.

You will then have 2 choices: ask for a new code or a verification link.
*Note that the advantage of the verification link is that it gives you one day before it expires.

Choose a Password

Once you have entered the 6-digit code or used the verification link, you will be asked to create a password. You must enter a minimum of 8 characters, we also recommend including at least one number, one symbol, and one capital letter.

Finalize the registration

If for any reason you were unable to complete the creation of your account, please follow this link and log in with the email address and password used to create your account.
You will then be asked to fill in your information. Fields marked with an "*" are required.
Click Complete when you are done.

You will then be automatically redirected to your MyXLSTAT home page if you are on the website, or your license will automatically be activated if you are on the XLSTAT application.
