Technical requirements for XLSTAT Network Concurrent License

There are some technical requirements for the server/client architecture of XLSTAT to work properly.

System requirements

Components

Memory: 10 MB RAM
Processor: Pentium or compatible
Hard disk space: 10 MB available

Administrator rights

An administrator account must be used to install XLSTAT on the machine.

Micosoft Excel

Microsoft Excel should be installed on the workstations before installing XLSTAT. It is not required for the server version.

Supported operating systems

Please refer to the table below for the list of supported systems. This requirement is only for the server part. Refer to this guide for details on what systems are supported for the XLSTAT clients.

Network requirements

Firewall exceptions

The communication between XLSTAT Server and the clients uses TCP port 7070 by default. This port must be white-listed in the firewalls of the clients and server.
