Activate your XLSTAT license

This guide shows you how to activate your XLSTAT license. The process is the same for both PC and Mac.

The software should be downloaded and installed (on Windows or on Mac) prior to the activation process. If you have any issues, please contact our support or login to your MyXLSTAT account, if you already have one, to get your download link.

Activation of your XLSTAT license

When you purchase your XLSTAT license, you receive a license key and a link to attach your license to your MyXLSTAT account. This process generally takes less than 5 minutes if you've purchased online. This may be slightly longer if you purchased a student or academic license and we need to verify your status.

Go to the activation window

• If this is the first time you are launching XLSTAT, the Welcome window will directly pop up.

• If you are currently using the Free Limited version:

Open the software and click on Sign in on the XLSTAT ribbon.

• You can also go to the XLSTAT menu and click on About XLSTAT.

Then click on Activate.

In both cases, the Welcome window will pop up after clicking on the appropriate button.

Activate your XLSTAT license

From this window, you have 2 ways to activate your license:

• Activate your XLSTAT license through your MyXLSTAT account

• Activate your XLSTAT license without logging into a MyXLSTAT account
